Refund & Return Policy

At low&behold, each order is carefully prepared and packed before shipping.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • change of mind
  • incorrect application
  • buyer’s remorse
  • incorrect address entered at checkout

Please make sure your order details are correct before placing an order.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include:

  • your order number
  • clear photos of the issue

If approved, we may offer:

  • a replacement
  • store credit
  • or a refund

Lost Shipments

If your order does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, contact us and we will do our best to help resolve the issue.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.


Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow several business days for your payment provider to process the refund.
